Denim

Hello beautiful people! How was your weekend?
I was finally able to get things done around the house since arriving back from my trip last week. My house was giving me nightmares. I am such a neat freak, and it bothered me so much that I was going to take the day off on Monday to finish what I needed to do.

To me, denim is always a classic look that can be worn in so many ways. I remember having several denim items such as jean jackets, tops, and skirts growing up. I loved them then and years later, I am still in love. I played around with neutral tones by pairing it with my leopard clutch and nude sandals.

Early Christmas

Hi lovelies! Hope your week is going well. Today is my last day at work for this week, as I will be attending my little brother's high school graduation tomorrow. Hopefully I don't get too emotional and wet my shirt.

I tried my hand at playing with christmas colors for this outfit. I personally love green and red paired together when done in a aesthetically fashion. I added gold tones for the finish.

Chocolate Corset

Hello!
Hope everyone is having a wonderful week. Although our calendar says it's Spring, it still feels like winter. Not only is it freezing, it snowed a couple of days ago, luckily not a significant amount.

I love the sexiness and allusion of the corset in this dress. I layered a ruffle blouse underneath for a more sophisticated look.

Monochrome Red + Check Print

Hello everyone! Hope your week is going well.

I have been wearing a lot of peplum lately, but the truth is I've had this skirt for over a year and finally had the opportunity to wear it. I went for a monochromatic look by pairing it with a matching red blouse. I complimented my look with my Zara checkered coat, which also has touches of red in it. I completed the look with nude pumps and clutch. Funny thing is when taking these pictures, my photographer/brother told me He loved the outfit, but I looked like a devil with all the red (the nerve)!

How cute is this peek at the back!

The past two weeks were super busy for me. I had an event which I attended throughout the week. Last Monday I took the day off to relax and recuperate from my busy week. For this reason, I was unable to take pictures. My mickey mouse pajamas and I were curled up in bed that Saturday and Monday when I was free.

I cannot believe it is August and Fall is around the corner. I am usually not a Summer girl. However, I am not quiet ready for Summer to end just yet. I took advantage of the weather and wore this romper over the weekend attempting to persuade summer not to leave so soon.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog.

Happy Monday!

If you're like me and had to go back to work on the Friday, you spent most of the past weekend attending cookouts and hanging out in the sun. I wasn't able to enjoy my forth of July like I wanted to because I had to be back in the office on Friday. Therefore, I took full advantage of my holiday weekend indulging in hamburgers, barbecue chicken, steak, jello-shots, kabobs, lots of drinks, and an additional 10 pounds.

Thank you again for taking the time out to visit me.

A Dash of Green

Watch: Michael Kors

Super excited to have a day off during this work week. I plan on cheating on my so called diet tomorrow by eating all sorts of food I know I shouldn't be consuming. I know I will beat myself up later when I step on the scale and realize I've gained 10 pounds in one day. But what will be forth of July without eating bad?

Have a safe a wonderful holiday.

As always, thank you for taking the time out to visit me.

Color-Block Shift Dress

Dress: Bebe
Shoes: Christian Louboutin
Bracelet: J Crew
Ring: Jewelry boutique in Miami
Clutch: Asos
Glasses: Michael Kors

I absolutely adore shift dresses. Not only are they stylish but perfect for the summer season when the weather is sticky and you don't feel like wearing clothes that will cling to your skin. I wore this out to town with my boyfriend this weekend. I love how flowy and girlie it is.

Please note: Google friend connect is no longer available. Therefore, I will appreciate it if you will follow my my blog through Bloglovin HERE.
