Prints and Graphics

Hello! Hope you had a great weekend. I attended a friend's bridal shower on Saturday and spent most of the day in doors after church on Sunday.

For this outfit, I paired a graphic Zara T-Shirt with this blue printed Topshop skirt. I love the simplicity yet chicness of this T-shirt. I kept my accessories and colors to a minimal to tone down the busy prints on the skirt. I finished the outfit with a blue clutch to compliment the colors in the skirt and black pumps.

Floral Explosion

Hope everyone had a great work week and even a better weekend ahead!
My love for florals has yet to cease even though we're getting closer to fall-like weather here in Maryland. I love the femininity of floral and prints so much, I will be transitioning it into my fall wardrobe. Who's with me?

Asos Africa

I've eyed the Asos Africa collection for a couple of years. However, whenever I was ready to purchase any of the products from their collection, it would be sold out in my size. When I found this peplum dress from the Asos Africa collection, I wasted no time and added it to my card. I love the take on African designs and unique prints.

50's Vibe

I specifically fell in love with the print on this skirt when I first laid eyes on it. It gave me such a 1950's vibe. I wasn't sure how I wanted to style it or if I was even going to like it. I thought about returning it several times. I asked my boyfriend for his opinion, thinking he would suggest returning it. To my surprise he actually loved the skirt and convinced me to keep it.

I paired it with a simple crisp button down to tone the busy pattern down. I also added my comfy blue pumps I scored on sale at Aldo last year and accessorized with this gorgeous statement necklace from J Crew I have been dying to wear since I purchased it.

Mixing Prints: Stripes + Gingham

Dress: Riverisland (HERE)
Shoes: Guess (BLACK PAIR HERE
Clutch: Target (HERE)
Earrings: Bebe (SIMILAR)

I am officially obsessed with prints and even more intrigued with mixing various unconventional prints. Found this striped dress at Riverisland and paired it with my absolute favorite guess carrie pumps. I had been looking for a pair of gingham printed pumps for so long and was uber excited when I came across this pair. I have four different colors and prints in these pumps. They are super comfortable and classic and the best part of it all is that I get so much wear out of them. Are you up to mixing prints like me?

xoxo
