Herringbone Pants

Hi Guys! Hope your week is going well. Can you believe is almost Friday? Feels like it was just Monday a couple of hours ago. I'm not complaining though.

I bought these pants over a year ago from Zara, forgot about it, and never wore it. I was attempting to clean and organize my closet when I found it tucked in a corner (notice I said attempt, because my closet is still not organized). I immediately knew I wanted an edgy look, so I paired it with my Nicholas Kirkwood lace up sandals. To tone down the look, I paired it with a basic V-neck white tee. I added a gray clutch to compliment the color of the pants and shoes.

Denim

Hello beautiful people! How was your weekend?
I was finally able to get things done around the house since arriving back from my trip last week. My house was giving me nightmares. I am such a neat freak, and it bothered me so much that I was going to take the day off on Monday to finish what I needed to do.

To me, denim is always a classic look that can be worn in so many ways. I remember having several denim items such as jean jackets, tops, and skirts growing up. I loved them then and years later, I am still in love. I played around with neutral tones by pairing it with my leopard clutch and nude sandals.

Vertical And Horizontal

Hey Family! Hope you all are having a fantastic week. The only good thing about going back to work after my vacation, is a short work week. The week is almost over and I for one can't wait for the weekend.

What I love about this striped dress is the elusion it gives to the eye as separates. When I first saw the dress, I actually thought it was a crop top and skirt. But after a further examination I realized it was a dress. For people like me who are terrified of crop tops, this was the perfect choice.

Catching Up

Hola family!
It's amazing how technology has taken over our lives and feels like life will be impossible without it. I traveled to the Dominican Republic over the past weekend and didn't have cell service. I used my boyfriend's phone when I needed, which was also slow. I felt so detached from the world that when I arrived back last last night, I felt like I have missed so much. Needless to say I have been "catching up" since my arrival.

Just wanted to stop by and say a quick hello before I heard off to take a quick nap then catch up on some much needed cleaning.
